2. Get your personal forwarding address — tied to the mailbox you confirmed.
3. Forward the supplier's correspondence there: price lists, your own orders, confirmations, invoices, credit notes. Start with the current price list and the last few invoices in one go, so the first answer is not empty.

What comes back: the invoice against the price list in force, the order against the invoice, and the new price list against the previous one. Every reply says what it read, what it compared against, and which lines it could not match — with their amounts.
